HIRING - Inside Estimator

Tolliver and Curl Paving, one of Central Ohio’s most established and respected paving contractors, is looking to fill an Estimator position. Our current Estimating Team consists of extremely thorough and detail-oriented individuals dedicated to producing accurate proposals for our clients. The duties of this team include maintaining a database of customers, fielding incoming requests for pavement bids, performing accurate takeoffs, communicating with our customers and submitting timely estimates. Through utilization of various programs, our team works together striving toward perfection and excellence every day.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES/EXPECTATIONS:

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to take direction and conform to company standards.

Basic understanding of construction site logistics.

Basic understanding of construction materials.

Proficient computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office suite.

Self-starter with ability to work in a group as well as independently.

SCHEDULE:

FULL TIME: Monday thru Friday

COMPENSATION:

Annual Salary: Determined upon level of experience - 50-70k
