Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary School Leader to join our team in a groundbreaking educational leadership role. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape and guide the next generation of social impact leaders across the globe.

Key Details

- **Position Type:** Part-time (20 hours/week), Contract

- **Location:** 100% Remote

- **Schedule:** Fully flexible

- **Compensation:** Equity stake in VoiceUp Publishing, Inc.

Core Responsibilities

- Guide and support college students in developing and implementing social impact projects

- Facilitate weekly collaborative cohort meetings

- Coordinate with professional mentors to ensure effective student support

- Monitor and evaluate student progress and project outcomes

- Contribute to program development and improvement

- Foster an inclusive and innovative learning environment

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders worldwide

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience as a classroom teacher (any grade level)

- Proven track record of working with students in diverse settings

- Strong facilitation and mentoring skills

- Excellence in remote communication and collaboration

- Passion for social impact and student empowerment

- Ability to work independently and lead virtual teams

- Cultural competency and global mindset
