We are seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee and enhance the operations of our Job Center, ensuring its sustainability, impact, and alignment with our mission. This role involves program management, stakeholder engagement, and funding support to ensure the success and growth of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

Develop, implement, and monitor programs and services offered by the Job Center to ensure they align with organizational goals.

Coordinate skill development workshops, career counseling sessions, and job placement activities for PWDs.

Evaluate program outcomes and prepare regular reports to showcase impact and areas for improvement.

Maintain compliance with relevant legal and organizational policies, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to secure job opportunities for PWDs.

Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community forums to promote the Job Center’s objectives.

Act as a liaison between PWDs and potential employers to address challenges and foster mutual understanding.

Funding and Resource Mobilization:

Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships, to support program activities and growth.

Develop compelling proposals, concept notes, and presentations to secure financial and in-kind contributions.

Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Administrative Duties:

Supervise and support program staff and volunteers, ensuring effective delivery of services.

Maintain accurate records of participants, program activities, and outcomes.

Manage schedules, logistics, and communications for Job Center activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.

Strong knowledge of disability inclusion, employment laws, and workforce development strategies.

Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or securing sponsorships.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
