Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
Salary: 15000 to 20000 Monthly
