Job Description*:

Experience of working in multiple support projects or in full lifecycle SuccessFactors RCM, ONB 1.0 & ONB 2.0 implementations

Resource should have knowledge of the Integrations between RCM, ONB & EC modules.

Able to troubleshoot, analyze and determine root causes to issues/incidents within SuccessFactors modules

Good experience in configuration of Roles Based Permissions & Provisioning settings for ONB

Should be able to provide custom solutions for business problems and enhance the product with the proposed solution

Should be an Individual contributor.

Should have knowledge on configuring Business rules, position management, RBP and data models

Should be able to collaborate with other module team and work on cross module scenarios which are integrated with EC.

Should be good team player and flexible to work in shifts.

Should have good communication and presentation skills
