Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and dynamic male candidate with 1-5 years of experience in business development and marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a flair for client interaction, and be comfortable with a field-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Promote the company’s advertising services to prospective clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding client needs and marketplace trends.

Requirements:

Education: MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing.

Experience: 1-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing (advertising industry experience preferred).

Skills:

Confidence in handling client meetings and presentations.
