Job Description*:
Lead SAP Basis team in initial transaction activities collaborating with Hanon and Infosys teams to steady state support2 Define standards for fixing Basis issues raised through ServiceNow incidents, problems, service requests. Contribute to closure of Basis incidents, problems, service requests. 3 Lead and manage SAP Basis services such as administration Kernel, license, user administration, monitoring and control services, performance management, transports, SAP OSS fixes, background jobs etc.
