Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years old

* Must pass a skills assessment and background check

* Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

* A computer device, headset, or headphones with microphone attachment (equipment financing options available)

* A strong, stable internet connection
