Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide visible, hands-on leadership to inspire and guide the team.

Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L, ensuring alignment with company goals for profitability and cash flow.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally with full P&L responsibility for a business over $20M.
Proven track record of success in landscape services or related industries.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for growing businesses and improving operational processes.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
