Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Solar Sales Consultants to help homeowners transition to solar power. This role involves selling solar systems while offering complementary services, including roofing, battery storage, HVAC, and security solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

-Actively generate leads via door-to-door outreach, phone calls, emails, and networking.

-Conduct in-depth consultations using company-provided sales tools to match homeowners with the best energy solutions.

-Close deals with financing options, ensuring customers understand the process from start to finish.

-Maintain exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns before, during, and after the sale.

-Work with management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

-Stay current on industry advancements, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Proven success in solar or renewable energy sales.

-Experience in lead generation, door-to-door sales, and customer outreach.

-Familiarity with roofing, HVAC, alarms, or similar industries is a plus.

-Ability to use CRM software and collaborate with installer partnerships.
