The Role:

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for:

Designing and curating a sophisticated and creative menu that reflects the client’s brand and vision.

Leading and inspiring a team of culinary professionals, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and cost control, to achieve both quality and profitability targets.

Staying ahead of culinary trends and incorporating innovative techniques and ingredients into the menu.

Maintaining rigorous standards of food safety and sanitation to ensure a pristine kitchen environment.
