The Role:

As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will:

-Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency.

-Manage and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver a world-class dining experience.

-Utilize your Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.

-Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance, optimize processes, and increase profitability.

-Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service and operational standards.
