We are a dynamic and innovative company looking to establish a new business concept with the support of our investors. We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant/Business Development Manager to build and manage a new team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a new team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with investors to set up a new business concept, details of which will be provided during the interview stage.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements.
Conduct market research and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a business development context.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
