Kitchen Responsibilities:
• Dishwashing: Washing, rinsing, and drying dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Cleaning: Cleaning stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment.
• Sanitation: Ensuring that all food preparation and serving areas are clean and sanitized according to health codes.
• Stocking: Stocking kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Trash removal: Removing trash and garbage from the kitchen.
Dining Area Responsibilities:
• Cleaning tables: Cleaning and resetting tables between customers.
• Sweeping and mopping: Sweeping and mopping floors in the dining area.
• Cleaning restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Assisting waitstaff: Assisting waitstaff with tasks such as refilling drinks and clearing tables.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Inventory management: Assisting with inventory management of kitchen supplies.
• Food preparation: Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed.
• General maintenance: Assisting with general maintenance tasks around the restaurant.
