Full time opportunity for a medically oriented optometrist to join this ophthalmology practice; with a strong emphasis on glaucoma and diabetes management. Base salary between 140k-185k plus bonus. Must also be energetic, compassionate, and able to direct staff and implement protocols for technicians. Having a positive attitude and perspective is very important. Spanish speaking a plus. Potential partnership available. The schedule is Mon-Fri, no weekends. El Paso enjoys a very stable economy and is the second safest big city in the country.
