Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for leisure, business, corporate, group, and family travel

Manage client requests, including payment plans and credit card processing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and provide recommendations for future travel based on preferences

Book airfare, ground transportation, and related travel services

Research and present the best travel options and pricing to meet client needs

Organize and share destination materials, tour details, and travel information

Ensure clients receive all required documentation and trip-related details prior to departure
