My client is a fast-growing independent insurance agency located in Tacoma, WA. You will be part of a 3-person Personal Lines Team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office, 2 at home. They use Hawksoft agency management system. The book is about $200,000 in premium and very easy to manage. These are long-term preferred package accounts. This is a pure servicing role. There is no sales quota. You will be doing policy changes, certs, endorsements, helping with billing questions, handling renewals and remarketing if needed, and assisting with claims advocacy.
The agency pays 100% of the benefits premium and they have a bonus program for any new lines added to the book. The office has been newly remodeled and the team is fun to work with.
Candidates need to live a commutable distance from Tacoma, have an active P & C license, and at least 1 year of insurance agency experience either at a direct writer or independent agency.
