Facilities Maintenance Worker

SJS Executives is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for long term contract in Ozark, AR. The candidate will perform as needed facility maintenance in designated broad subject areas such as: Air Conditioning/Heating, Freezer Units, Fire Alarms Systems, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, General Appliance Repair and Service, and other general related services.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance

· U.S. citizenship or resident alien. Proof of US Citizenship or resident alien card will be required.

Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access.
