We are looking for someone who can speak and write proficient English, should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance, and has basic knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets.
We are looking for the person:
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and develop systems, procedures, and records in line with the organization's policies and objectives
Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate, and accessible information
Can work through a video call
Can work at least 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Assisting in day-to-day activities of sensitive work environment
Assisting in creating and updating legal documentation, e.g. policy procedure, etc.
Student Support from Counselling to Enrolment, Enrolment to Training, etc.
Managing Student documents and data in to provided software
Direct reporting to the COO
