-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries
-Communicating with customers through various channels
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Job Qualifications:
-Must be a High school, Senior High school, or College Graduate
-Must have at least 6 months of work experience, but we are also accepting -Fresh Graduates and Newbies
-Must be amenable to working the night shift or shifting schedules
-Must have good communication skills
-Must have strong will and commitment to the job
-Can start ASAP
-Willing to attend an onsite interview
