Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

Well-established Orthopedic Group seeks to add a full-time experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant. The position will include both the OR and the clinic. The Physician Assistant will support a Total Joints Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon that has a very busy total joints practice. This doctor’s specialty includes total knees and hips as well as fractures and general cases. Responsibilities include providing first assist, running a clinic, reductions, patient evaluation and education, pre and post-H&P’s, injections (small joints and bursa), consultation, and reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. Successful Physician Assistants must be NCCPA-Certified and have a minimum of two years of surgical orthopedic experience.
