Career Opportunity: Benefit Advisor with RetireMed in Dayton and Blue Ash, Ohio

As the Benefit Advisor with RetireMed, your primary function is to enroll consumer prospects (leads) onto Medicare plans. This is a sales consultant position that works with the Program Advisor team to introduce leads to the RetireMed Program while uncovering the path for a seamless and engaging lead-to-client conversion. Leads that contact RetireMed are qualified by the Program Advisors and scheduled when it is determined appropriate to meet with a BA. You will be required to manage and organize a sales pipeline using a CRM database, maintain continuous and meaningful contact with each lead, and foster relationships within your book of business in order to generate an ongoing abundant referral stream.

This is a full-time inside sales and professional role. It is an exempt position, with a base salary and commission compensation plan, with bonus opportunities. You will engage and educate leads about Medicare and tailor the strongest plan options for their specific situations. There is no cold calling, and all appointments are in the office or virtual – no home visits!

You will be required to obtain Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Insurance License. We provide company paid training!

New employee pre-licensing class begins April 4, 2023.

Specific qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Sales acumen and professional demeanor, positive attitude, and team player

Dynamic people, relational and organizational skills

Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills; able to multi-task

Self-motivated and takes initiative appropriate for the role

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet

Able to quickly learn and navigate CRM and other company tools and resources

Ability to obtain and maintain state Health Insurance licensure (company-paid, will be required after hiring)
