About the Position:

We are seeking a new team member to join our Business and Operations team as a Business Operations Specialist for support business JCI US (dba Contour Networks, inc.).

Operations team members typically perform a broad range of administrative, business, and technical support tasks. This position starts with a heavy focus on logistics, technical support (Tier 1), and process-driven work as we have found this is the best way to train staff for higher-tiered operational work and even to broaden the scope into other functional areas such as sales, engineering, or product development.

As an entry-level position, it is ideal for a candidate who is just starting out, or who is looking to transition into technology-focused customer service and operations. Flexibility is key for this position, as the role’s responsibilities can vary from day to day.

After a 90-day evaluation period, a successful applicant will be eligible for all benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and PTO. More hybrid work flexibility will also become available.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but candidates with an associate degree or equivalent work experience are invited to apply and will be considered.

•Comfortable working within a small-team, with a strong team ethos and a get-it-done attitude.

•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with key attention to detail

•Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal

•Self-starting multi-tasker with strong time-management skills able to manage to change priorities working independently or as part of the team.

•Passion for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them as necessary.

•Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
