Job Description:
As HR Business Partner for Food & Beverage Sector
-Serves as a single point of contact of Food & Beverage (F&B) Sectors specifically -Mimi & Bros., Waterwoods Group Corp, La Lola Singapore, and Salad Stop Vietnam
-Assess and antincipate human resources related needs
-Consult regularly with the business Unit Head and provide guidance when approriate
-Work with Business Unit Head to provide best solutions to employee concerns
-Collaborate with the HR department in terms of implementation of Code of Conduct and other HR policies and programs
-Develop programs that will promote employee morale, boost productivity and improve working relations
-Develop employee retention program
-Assist in evaluating candidates profiles to check culture fit and technical skills required of the job role
-Mediate and manage employee concerns and conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary
-Ensure regulatory compliance and consult legal department when necessary
-Conducts performance management guidance to line management
-Prepare HR Management reports
-Devise method to analyze employee satisfaction level
-Prepare employee engagement program specific to assigned business sector
-Ensures compliance on government rules
Qualifications:
-Preferably someone who has experience in all facets of HR
-Experience hiring for Food & Beverage store staffs is a plus
