Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, or arranging
training of staff
Responsible for incoming phone calls or email inquiries, and
direct to the right person
Schedule and confirm appointments of the clients and their
guardians/parents
Plan, and control budgets for marketing expenses, equipment,
supplies, and maintenance
Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining
inventories
Responsible for solving customers’ problems and providing
suitable solutions
Compile data, statistics, and other information for business
analysis purposes
Prepare quarterly and annual reports to the general manager
Schedule classes in each session, keep the clients’ comments,
feedback, recommend levels in the record, and share the reports
with coaches
Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices,
presentations, brochures, publications, and related material from
machine dictation and handwritten copy
Responsible for promoting swimming classes on different social
platforms
Constantly follow business regulations and ensure proper
compliance
-Job Requirements:
Supervision of 4-5 people
Advanced computer and technology knowledge of MS Excel, MS
Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work conditions and physical capabilities to work in a fast-
paced environment, work under pressure, pay attention to detail, and
handle a large workload
Familiar with different social media platforms, including
Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, and Wechat
Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
Takes personal responsibility for resolving service issues in a
timely manner
Knowledge of statistics and bookkeeping is an asset
