Creating/Documenting Tickets through ServiceNow

Customer Service

Microsoft Suite knowledge

The assignment will be for 4 weeks or more

Bilingual is a Plus

Must have at least 35 WPM Typing Speed

Can train for ServiceNow if needed.

You will be helping students and teachers with their usernames and passwords for remote learning typically. This will be a very heavy phone, and you will submit help desk tickets to IT, documenting the issues through ServiceNow. 100% on site daily, and must be very reliable, have good data entry and customer service/phone skills. Hours are 8am-5pm M-Friday. Background check is required and must be able to start work immediately once background is cleared.
