Job Duties
Facilitate the processing of Mortgage Loan Originator license applications, including but not limited to reviewing applications and accompanying documents submitted by Mortgage Loan Originators for accuracy and completeness, managing data entry, document upload and status changes in internal LINX database; preparing communications to request additional supporting documents or informing applicant of deficiencies in applications; reviewing criminal background checks, testing and education licensing requirements; preparing checklist and memorandums outlining application compliance with sponsorship and work locations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Candidate should have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
Required Level Of Education
High School Diploma or Equivalency
