Reservation Specialist - Remote

Our agency specializes in family travel, as well as couples and groups, to premium and luxury destinations. We work with suppliers like Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruises, Sandals, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Delta, among many others.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical skills, such as spreadsheets, invoicing, and email

• Excellent communication skills

• Interpersonal skills

• Organized

• Passion for travel

• Ability to work with social media channels

• Self-starter

• Great at time management

• 18+

• US citizen

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell airline tickets, other transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations

• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers

• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
