• Experience in reception or office environment will be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Meeting and greeting clients, helping them navigate the through office and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
• Make copies and sort mails.
• Keeping the reception clean.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Booking meetings.
• Other admin duties.
