T & S Rebar Ltd. Is currently seeking 1 permanent, full time Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110) to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing and proofreading correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
• Establishing and maintaining office procedures and information filing systems.
• Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation.
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
• Processing and directing incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinating the flow of information.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years experience is required.
Salary: $27.00/hour
