Responsibilities include:
Driving growth through prospecting efforts, to grow your own Independent practice.
Identifying centers of influence to build relationships and develop a network of potential referral sources.
Assisting President during company funded public workshops to add new clients while growing personal practice.
Selecting wealth management solutions that will fit the client’s risk tolerance and time frame, and presenting customized wealth management plans.
Presenting the company’s investment strategies and solutions at corporate office.

Prior business development experience in the financial services industry and (portable book of business.)
Disciplined self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with public speaking and the ability to make group presentations.
The ability to explain investment options in easy to understand ways.
Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, Redtail preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
Series 7,65 or 66.
Possess a clean U-4 CRD history.
