Professional and reliable Administrative Assistant sought for high performing Healthcare Construction team in the heart of the Tyson’s Corner corporate business district.
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the team. Daily duties include coding invoices; tracking payments for invoices of all Work Orders and Purchase Orders; tracking contracts and budgets; tracking Purchase Orders, composing correspondence, answering phones, managing office, and kitchen supplies, notarizing documents, maintaining digital and paper files, photocopying, managing schedules, coordinate travel, schedule appointments and other admin duties as assigned.

Software utilized daily: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Textura, IR, Procore, TradeTapp and FTC and Vista is a plus but not required – we will train!
One to two years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of the MS Office suite
Ability to learn new duties and software quickly
