Community Health Center whose mission is to end poverty is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their team at their growing, multi-service, multi-site practice.

Hours are M-F, 9-5 with one day being 12-8.

80/20 clinical to administrative time on average.

See an average of 20-22 patients per day.

100% outpatient role.

Patient centered medical home approach to care supports the patient through all aspects of their care.

The practice uses NextGen electronic health record system which is integrated throughout all disciplines.
