Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a busy Urgent Care - Southern Oregon - about an 1 hour south of Eugene and 90 minutes north of Medford.

$20,000 Sign on bonus and relocation assistance offered!

Schedule: The Urgent Care is open 7am-7pm – 7 days a week. Shift: 4-10s, 3-12’s, 5-8’s or a combination of the 3.

Patients per day/shift: 24+depenging on how many visit the UC, EMR system: e Clinical Works

Job Requirements - FNP Provider:

Will consider new graduate FNPs and experienced candidates

Prefer already Oregon licensed

BLS

DEA required
