Full Time HVAC - Customer Service Representative Position

Job Duties:

•Answering phone calls, taking messages, screening, and directing to the proper persons or departments

•Assisting in dispatching the technicians and drivers

•Assisting in parts order and check in

•Performing clerical duties as necessary such as reporting, printing, filing

•Assisting in the Rental department as needed

•Inputting data/calls into the company’s service management software program

•Accounting duties as needed such as collections and data entry.

Mon - Fri: Day Shift

No Nights or Weekends!

Excellent Compensation & Benefits

Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
