ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

-Lead, coach and train Business Development, Sales and Marketing departments.

-Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with CEO and Business Development Officer to achieve revenue goals.

-Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/profit margin as targeted by the Management.

-Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.

-Research and identifies new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

-Sell products (software, solutions and services) by establishing contact and developing client relationships.

• Negotiates with the Consultant/Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal and/or amendment.

-Forecast and track key account metrics and performance reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

-Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the top management.

-Identifies product improvement or new products by studying the latest market trends and closely monitoring the competitors.

-Finalize client requirement meetings both in person and/or remotely using current online applications.

-Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner.

-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

-Able to address client's question technically. Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.

-Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.

-Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), prospects and presentations.

-Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.

-Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.

-Create, review, update and finalizing internal contracts and Merchant agreements to be implemented accordingly and legally.

-Supervise all product design and ensure compliance to all product guidelines and coordinate with direct vendors and improve all market strategies and incorporate latest technology in same and provide optimization in product search.

-Reach sales target given by the Top management (monthly, quarterly and annually).

-Handle challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

-Reviewing legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.

-Expert English communication skills in both verbal and written, Arabic will be an advantage

-Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-Degree in Financial, Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.

-Completion of a pertinent Sales qualification is preferred.

-Extensive experience preferably in Business Development and/or Account Management.

-Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.

-Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.

-Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.

-Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

-Payment Gateway Solutions and System (Upgrade and Migration)

-Channel integrations and certifications (ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, IVR, POS & mPOS)

-Protocols, Compliances and Standards (e.g. PCIDSS, ISO8583, NDC+, 91x, VBV, XFS etc.)

-Types of cards/payment MasterCard, Visa, American Express (AMEX)

-General Banking fundamentals and Procedures
