Established anesthesia group that services the Pensacola area hospital is currently seeking several Florida licensed CRNAs. Ideal providers will work in a care team model with 14 Anesthesiologists and 48 CRNAs. Hospital is a level II Trauma Center.

*Guaranteed compensation $220k

*Malpractice covered

*Guaranteed 40-hrs per week

*Compensated for hrs worked beyond

*6 weeks off

*1:12 back-up call

*Average compensation above $230k per year

*Heart experience increases compensation

*Ample opportunity to push compensation considerably, but not mandatory

*New hospital in 2023

*No in-house call as long as 30-min response time is met

*No night shift rotation
