Perform full spectrum of the payroll function: processing of wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, statutory submission, annual tax filing, pay adjustments and payroll related matters.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records and personal filling.
Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
Involve and support in yearly audit activities.
Archiving all supporting documents as per retention policy and ensure compliance to all audit requirements.
Monitor various aspects of an employee’s performance, discipline, attendance & sick leave.
Responsible for preparing an appointment letter, confirmation letter, and other HR-related confidential letters and updating employee.
Administrate insurance (GPA & GHS and General insurance) and processing of claim.
Responsible for employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company
