We are looking for Customer care representative to Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints via email or social media.

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.

Requirements
