Job Description

Customer Success Executive will proactively reach out to customers to understand the requirements of each customer who has signed up for Free Plan.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to the newly onboarded customers to understand their needs

Keep track of and record customer call logs

Follow-ups with unresponsive customers to help activation/retention of customers.

Strictly adhere to the Activation & Retention SOP.

Requirements

1-2 years work experience with a similar profile is mandatory.

Knowledge of greytHR will be an added advantage.

At Least one year of tele-calling experience is a must

Good telephone etiquette

Excellent Verbal Communication skills with fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory.
