We are Urgently Hiring Customer Service Specialists

A leading Insurance company that provides a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions currently has great career opportunities for Customer Service Specialist I and II for their Fort Washington, PA office.

These positions will support the company's Affinity Insurance Services Group of their Trust department, where you will handle inbound and outbound calls for a multi-product portfolio, including both Life and Health products plus Property and Casualty products.

***Active Life, Accident & Health and P&C licenses. Candidates will be given an opportunity to obtain licenses within 6 months from the time of hire (company paid training /licenses)***

General Responsibilities:

1.Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence

2.Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards

3.Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products and technology

4.Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training, quality and intranet projects

5.Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose additional insurance products based on personal and business needs

6.Maintains customer records by updating account or policy information.

7.Provide analysis support and prepare reports for accurate business results for the carrier

8.Reconcile client payments against the policy administration system

Job Requirements:

•Associates degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or Equivalent work experience

• 2-3 years' experience in customer sales and service. Experience supporting multiple insurance products is preferred.

•Excellent customer service skills AND demonstrated relationship-building skills. You will be evaluating individual insurance needs and offering appropriate products/solutions.

•Experience with CRM- Customer Relationship Management System preferred

•Strong PC skills with solid knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint software

• USC or GC holders only
