Operates CNC equipment, responsible for assembly and quality control of all components. Follows schematics, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are being met. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan out in accomplishing task and assignments. Assist our customers in resolving their technical issues, in providing timely solution to their problem using the experience and knowledge gained through the provided training.
•Perform technical tasks based on detailed written or verbal instructions.
•Utilize limited variety of microelectronic, electronic, optical, electro-optical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment, including computers and lasers.
•Ability to read schematics.
•Perform entry level troubleshooting, calibration or modification of hardware, fixtures, and software.
•Participate on project teams.
•Prioritization in performing task
•Works to analyze and resolve manufacturing test problems.
•Assist with eliminating/reducing test defects and improve test yields
•Follows established test procedures and processes to support sub-assembly and top-level testing.
•Apply technical knowledge in the evaluation, maintenance and use of products, devices, tests, or procedures where some ingenuity and judgment are required.
•Support activities through the resolution of problems and preparation and maintenance of equipment.
•Manage work flow to achieve team goals.
•Evaluate and troubleshoot.
•Accurate recording of manufacturing, tests, parts usage, etc.
•Utilize databases to create/use necessary information in tracking manufacturing and repairs.
•Minimum Education Requirement: High school Diploma or equivalent
•Preferred Education Requirement: Associate’s/Technical Degree
•Prior experience of years equivalent experience may supplement degree requirements
•Two years of experience preferred.
•Must have experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
•Must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
•Must be able to follow policies and procedures
•Must be proficient in the use of tools
•Must be proficient with the use of a multimeter
•Must have strong critical thinking skills
•Must have General electrical knowledge
•Must have proper phone etiquette
•Must possess be organized
•Experience with machine assembly and/or repairs.
•Ability to apply application of electronic theory to test and troubleshoot
•Ability to work alone and with others effectively
•Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Monday
•Experience with CAD or photo editing software
•Experience with using 3D printers
•Knowledge of microcontrollers
•General computer experience
•Strong typing skills
