Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to join an Award Winning fresh food Country Pub Restaurant in Market Harborough.
You will be assisting the Head Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen, menu planning and stock control and ordering.
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about fresh seasonal ingredients, able to create inspiring dishes and bring energy to the team.
You must be passionate about fresh ingredients and creating stunning dishes.
1+yrs at Sous Chef level in a fresh food dining environment
Produced creative and inspiring dishes
Stock control & ordering experience
Food Hygiene Level 2
