Our client is recruiting an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will need to have previous experience within a service providing organisation, with excellent customer service and administrative based skills.
You will be involved in a number of activities that will include:
- To provide daily cover for reception when needed.
-Taking telephones calls, deal with clients, sorting outgoing mail and closing down reception area at the end of the day.
-Assisting with the setting up of meeting rooms.
-Providing the initial point of contact for clients and business partners.
-To book clients onto appointments, send confirmation by email and remind client by phone nearer the date.
-To provide administrative support to the team and assist in other administrative duties as and when required.
-Maintain the office in an orderly and presentable fashion, appropriate for client meetings.
-To ensure that key administration tasks are completed to the highest standard and within agreed deadlines and performance criteria.
-To attend and arrange team meetings, as required.
