A pierogi pincher is expected to be able to work efficiently with a team to roll and cut dough, pinch each pierogi, cook the pierogies, and arrange them appropriately on trays. This individual will begin by learning how to pinch and may eventually be trained to roll dough and cook pierogies as needed.

This is a part time position providing 20-25 hours of work per week.


● Pinch pierogies - learn to efficiently pinch each pierogi in an acceptable amount of time

● Arrange pierogies on trays

● Freeze cooked pierogies

● Roll dough and cut into circles (if applicable)

● Cook trays of pierogies for 3-5 minutes and arrange on trays (if applicable)

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

● Ability to lift 50 pounds

● In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours

● Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals

● Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit

(refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit (oven)

● Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, and repetitive motion

● Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching

● Ability to work in a wet and cold environment

● Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, knives, ovens, and other

standard commercial kitchen equipment

● Ability to use warehouse equipment, including handcarts and ladders

Desired Work Experience: Some kitchen experience preferred but not required
