* With 3 years of experience in Business Analysis

* Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.

* Strong Track record in interviewing, facilitating workshops and focus groups.

* Strong Business/Client engagements skills

* Strong experience in eliciting and developing Business requirements

* Skills in using MS Office, MS Visio and BPMN Tools (Business Process Modeling Notations)

* Amenable to work in BGC Taguig (Work from home until further notice)

* Dayshift schedule

* Can start ASAP
