The Elite Nanny Team (TENT Group)
Edina, MN
April 12, 2021

The Elite Nanny Group (TENT Group) of Minneapolis, MN is looking to recruit a full-time Nanny to provide ongoing childcare services for one of our clients. Pay and benefits are established by each employing family and written into the contract we facilitate. Wages average between $15.00 - $25.00/hour. We strongly recommend that families offer a substantial vacation package to ensure their nanny does not get burned out. These packages can vary from one week to six weeks and can be partially based on performance. Often, the family will choose half of the scheduled vacation days you take, and you will get to choose the remaining days based on your personal needs.

Some families offer sick pay. Holidays are up to the discretion of each family. It is important to us and our clients that you have a proper work-life balance. If families expect you to use your own car for transporting their children, they will offer mileage reimbursement. We follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding withholding income taxes. Your employer will handle all deductions for you and you will be issued a W-2 as a legal household employee. In addition, we follow all standards established by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply with the most trustworthy childcare services in the Midwest today!

As a 3rd-party recruiter working on behalf of private families, we offer an elite, personalized service that recruits the perfect childcare professionals and matches them to each family's individual personalities, principles, lifestyles, activity levels, expectations, and needs. We seek out educated, reliable, trustworthy nannies using an intricate interview process. We recruit for full-time, part-time, and short-term childcare positions. We also locate infant specialists, live-ins, nannies for special needs children, and summer nannies. We understand how crucial it is for children to have consistent relationships in their lives. Our goal is to recruit a committed nanny who will stay with families for the long run. Based in Minneapolis, we serve a large area of Minnesota and are considered the go-to agency for quality nannies. We live by our motto to engage, socialize, and learn safely.

As a former nanny, our owner knows what it is like to be a nanny. She understands the nuances that come from working personally in someone's private home. That is why, first and foremost, we match nannies with parents based on personality. It is essential to us that you, as the nanny, LOVE your job. That is why we will never work with clients who are unreasonable in their expectations. You will always be treated fairly, kindly, and with respect. Our nanny placement services continue after we place a nanny. We support the nanny-employer relationship with ongoing coaching, mediation, and communication. We favor an open-door policy, and you are always welcome to come to us if you have any concerns, questions, or requests.

As a Full-Time Nanny placed by us, you and your employer get a personalized contract developed by our team to establish expectations, initiate communication, and establish boundaries. We take information from both parties to establish a working relationship. In your work contract, it will state the hours you work, the number of children you are expected to watch, and how you are to transport the kids to school, activities, or appointments.

Your contract also indicates certain rules the family wants to be followed and other duties that you will be responsible for like cleaning, cooking, and laundry. You are grateful to have a business contract that facilitates a wonderful working environment where transparency is key, fairness is valued, and respect is fostered between you and your employer. You love that all those things are handled for you, and you can focus on giving your best to the children!
