In 2010, Jae Kim started our food truck operation with one employee and the mission to inspire the way people eat and think about Korean BBQ. In 2015, our truck operations were scaled back so that we could focus on developing our Brick and Mortar operations and the result was wonderful. Due to exponential growth in our restaurants, we are seeking employees in which we can invest. Our mission is realized in every aspect of our company, especially in our employees; our goal is to develop top performers who treat our customers with the highest standards and who are proud of the fresh food we provide with our caterings.
