Job Description:

Position: Porter

Duration: 3 months

Location: NYC, NY

Client: Direct Client

· Under general direction of the Building Superintendent, the Porter is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of CD apartment buildings and grounds area.

· The incumbent will clean and maintain building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, etc.; trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed.

· Performs related duties as assigned.

· Heavy lifting may be required.

· All applicants selected for this position are required to undergo a criminal background check.

· A satisfactory background check is defined as the absence of a criminal history record that bears a demonstrable reldt.
