E Learning Project Manager needs 3 years of experience working with an e-learning platform with an educational focus on external learners (preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical field)
E Learning Project Manager requires:
High understanding of blended learning methodologies
Proven experience in instructional design
Proven experience in project management for learning content creation
Experience in leveraging a multi-channel approach to promoting learning including email marketing
Expert in LMS administration and reporting
Strong knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline and xAPI protocol
Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager CMS and Absorb LMS is a plus
E Learning Project Manager duties:
Identify opportunities to promote digital learning properties to HCPs in order to increase participation and behavioral change.
Manage the e-learning platform including new course development and reporting.
Carry out regular statistics and analysis reporting.
